What does "Group Training, Measured" mean?

It means your progress is visible and tracked. We use small-group energy but focus on personal progress. We baseline your fitness using tools like the Functional Movement Screen (FMS), VALD ForceDecks, and 5RM Strength Test, and then recalibrate your plan every 16 weeks.

Who are Peak Studio classes for?

Classes are coach-led and designed for every level—from first-timers to seasoned athletes. We focus on technique first to ensure safe, efficient reps for everyone.

How often should I train to see results?

Consistency is key. We generally recommend attending 3–4 classes per week, mixing your focus across our four class types (Strength, Conditioning, Power, and Mobility) to ensure balanced capacity building and joint protection.

How do I book a class?

You can book a class directly through our Schedule/Book buttons on the website. This will link to our booking platform.

How are your coaches qualified?

All Peak Studio coaches are highly qualified. They are all Personal Training (PT) certified and have additionally completed and passed the rigorous internal training standards of Peak’s Academy.

What are other terms and conditions I should note while booking the studio?
  • All bookings must be made via messaging the Peak360 Front Desk.
  • Lead time: All bookings must be made at least 24 hours before the day of booking.
  • Requests within 24 hours are not guaranteed and subject to availability and approval.
  • Deposit & payment:
  • A 50% deposit is required upon booking to secure the slot.
  • The remaining 50% will be charged on the morning of your booking day.
  • Cancellation policy:
  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the booking time will be charged 100% (full booking fee).
  • Bookings will only be confirmed if the full details are provided using the template above.
How big are the small groups for Group Training, Measured?

Classes are coach-led small group sessions of 12 pax, ensuring the highest quality coaching and personal attention.

Do I need to be fit to join?

Not at all. We are beginner-friendly. Our Fundamental Strength and HYROXTM Foundation classes are ideal for building your base, and all classes use pain-smart progression for joint-friendly gains.

What is the Functional Movement Screen (FMS) and why do you use it?

The FMS is one of our baseline tests used alongside VALD ForceDecks and other assessments. It helps us understand your movement quality and any potential limitations before we program load or intensity, ensuring pain-smart progression and joint-friendly gains.

What happens if I miss a class or need to cancel?

You must cancel your booking more than 12 hours before the scheduled class time to have your class credit automatically refunded.

Why should I choose the Peak100 package?

The Peak100 package offers the best value with unlimited access to classes for SGD 85 per week (for the first 100 slots; thereafter it is 105 per week), charged weekly; termination requires 1 month notice. You can also top up for unlimited gym access for only SGD 80 per month (u.p. SGD 130 per month). Other perks include complimentary access to showers, lockers and towel, 15% off cafe menu items, complimentary performance tests, and priority invites to Peak Studio events and challenges.

What is the best way to try the classes?

We recommend the Experience Pack—SGD 75 for 3 classes. This allows you to try three different class types and is valid for one month. Click here to view schedule and purchase the pack.

What is the difference between Peak™ classes and HYROX™ classes?

Peak™ classes (Build, Conditioning, Strength, Range & Control) are built to address core fitness domains (Technique, Endurance, Power, Mobility). HYROX™ classes are specifically tailored to train the exact format, movements, and race demands of the HYROX™ global race.

Can I attend the HYROX™ classes if I am not training for a race?

Absolutely. While HYROX™ classes are specifically built to prepare participants for the race, the training methods will prepare you better for the races and significantly improve your endurance and functional fitness.

Can I pause or freeze my membership?

Membership pauses or freezes are strictly reserved for medically necessary circumstances, such as injury. A valid medical letter must be provided for eligibility.

How does the Range & Control class benefit my lifting and conditioning?

The Range & Control class focuses on expanding your active range of motion and safely loading those new ranges. This improves mobility, joint health, and stability, which is crucial for maximizing performance in your lifting (Velocity & Max Load) and conditioning (Long Haul Conditioning) classes.
